- We do not upload or store your personal photos or videos on Afia Labs servers unless a feature explicitly requires it and clearly explains what will be uploaded.

Private "Backroom" Storage
If you use MemeScanr's private storage features (e.g., Face ID/PIN-protected areas), those items remain accessible only through your device and app protections. We do not claim ownership of your content.

3. Children's Privacy (Planet Wonders)
Planet Wonders is designed for children ages 5–10 and is intended to be used with parental involvement.
Afia Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not ask children to provide personal details such as full name, address, phone number, or email.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at support@afialabs.net and we will take steps to delete it.
